Jeff is Virginia native with almost two decades of financial planning experience. In 2007, Jeff was recruited to the D.C. area to lead a team of new financial advisors, where he learned that his passion was working with people one-on-one. In 2011, Jeff made the decision to become an independent financial advisor so he could have the freedom and the resources to give his clients personalized advice, tools, and services.
As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner in D.C., Maryland, and Virginia, Jeff holds a FINRA Series 7, Series 24, and Series 66 licenses with LPL Financial, as well as state insurance and annuity licenses.
Jeff’s style can be described as grounded, often noted for saying, “save till it hurts.” He believes in working towards pursuable goals through ethical, comprehensive financial planning. Known for being a patient listener, Jeff’s approach has led to lasting relationships with myriad of clients over the years.
Formerly, Jeff attended Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Virginia, where he earned a bachelor’s in finance and a minor in sociology. On the weekends, you can find Jeff relaxing with his wife, Jill, and two children.
